Free Drawing Rules

1. You must hold a valid US Amateur Radio License to enter. DX must have a stateside shipping address. SWL's with stateside address also welcome.
2. No purchase necessary to win.
3. Only one entry per callsign per day. Duplicate entries within the same day will be disqualified. 
4. Contest is for  licensed amateurs within the areas served by USPS priority mail service.
5. Make sure your email client or service will allow email from . We have a problem with rejected email for those using  arrl.net, Hotmail and AOL email addresses. Your email address is not used for any other purpose than to notify you of win*. We do not send unsolicited email (spam). If you do not hear from us within 3 days please call us.
6. Contest winner will be selected at random. Decision of the contest administrator is final. Call of previous months winner will be posted on this page.
7. Winner will be selected on or about the 25th of each month and notified at the email address which was submitted with the winning entry. Monthly contest winner will have 30 days in which to respond or forfeit winnings.
8. Contest winner cannot combine, substitute or apply credit to any QSL order currently being processed. The entry chosen will have that call printed.
9. The QSL style offered as grand prize may vary in style and value with no obligation to previous contest winners.
10. Some states may not allow random drawings or contest type entries. If your state prohibits this type of drawing you are advised not to enter.
