All our Quality QSL cards meet ARRL QSL Bureau and US Postal
Service requirements. Our QSL cards are printed on heavy
110# smooth card stock. We offer QSLs for those on a
budget and color QSLs for those desiring a little more.

Personal
service you won't soon forget with your order. Most orders are shipped
within 10 business days via US Postal Service Priority
Mail. We are not responsible for orders lost in shipping. We
can verify that we did ship your order with scanned USPS
receipts. Domestic orders are shipped with delivery
conformation. Online credit card purchases are not
charged until the day your QSLs are shipped.
Privacy
Policy
We respect
your right to privacy. Any information we collect to
contact, print and send your QSL cards is not sold,
distributed or given freely to anyone. We do keep written and electronic records of
your purchases for future orders. These remain in our
possession for better customer service. The owners of the
callsigns displayed on our website have given their
permission for them to be used here. We DONOT send
unsolicited email (spam) to anyone. For your peace of mind
doing internet buying, we personally never see your credit
card numbers. Our secure payment center emails us when your
payment processing was successful and what item you ordered.
We never see your complete credit card number or
information.
Guarantee
We
guarantee your satisfaction with our QSL card line. This
guarantee is based your approval of your proof, which we
email prior to printing. Once you have approved your
card from acknowledgement of your email for spelling errors
and information we then print your cards. We do not charge
for this service because we want you to be 100 percent
satisfied. Be sure to check your proof carefully !
